This rhythmic body massage is inspired by ancient aboriginal healing techniques which tone and realign energy flow, enhancing mind and body balance and wellness. A combination of pressure points and spiralling movements ground and uplift, leaving the body’s energies laughing with joy.
This massage brings the body into harmony and is recommended as a preventative monthly maintenance therapy against the stresses of the modern world. Massage enables the body to start healing itself, relieving physical and emotional tension.

Integrating the traditional elements of the Kodo, this rhythmic massage brings harmony to mother & baby. Soothing movements will ground ,calm & balance. Sore tired feet will firstly be treated in a footbath with sweet bush flowers & berries, followed by an oil & salt exfoliation.
